After connecting Stripe, do I set up products and invoices in Stripe or in Votel?

In Votel. Once your Stripe account is connected, you do not need to work in Stripe at all. If you create products or invoices directly in Stripe, Votel does not have that information and the two get out of sync. Stripe processes the payments, but create your products, invoices and payments in Votel.

To connect Stripe, follow the few steps in the Stripe integration settings to get your API key, then copy and paste it into Votel. When you turn your Stripe account on for live payments, Stripe asks a series of questions such as your EIN and address. Answer them, and you do not need to do anything else in Stripe.
